Bledar founded Kaden in 2012, two years after arriving in New York from Florence. Born in Albania, raised in Italy, he came to the city already fluent in three languages and in the rhythms of two European business cultures — Italian discretion and Albanian directness — both of which still shape how he runs deals.
The firm’s reputation is for closings that don’t make headlines — investment trades, hospitality asset sales, and lease deals that quietly hold up.

Every side of the deal
Most brokerages chase the listing. We work the entire deal — representing landlords and sellers as listing agents, and tenants and buyers as advisors. Roughly half our closed volume comes from the side most brokerages don’t show on their websites.
Landlord & Seller representation
We market and lease commercial spaces, sell businesses as turnkey assets, and represent ownership in dispositions of investment properties.
Tenant & Buyer representation
Discretion by default
Most of our work happens off the public market — and stays there. Sellers prefer it. Buyers respect it. We close quietly because it’s how serious commercial real estate actually moves in New York.
