The founder

Bledar Asllani

Born in Albania. Raised in Florence. New York since 2010. Founded Kaden in 2012.

 Bledar started in real estate at the entry level in January 2012 and rose quickly — agent, then Office Manager, then Managing Director, where he ran a team of more than 200 brokers until 2018. That year he transitioned exclusively to commercial: leasing, sales, and asset transactions for both tenants and landlords. The firm followed.

Before real estate, he spent more than a decade in hospitality — Italy, Australia, New York. The training carries over. The work, at its core, is the same: read the room, listen carefully, deliver something better than expected.

The firm

Small by design.

Kaden was founded as a boutique commercial real estate practice. Three brokers. One office. Every deal personally led. The firm grew on referrals and repeat clients — not headcount targets or volume incentives.

We work across four verticals — Retail, Office, Hospitality, and Investment Sales — with a particular emphasis on buyer and tenant representation. Roughly half our closed volume comes from the side most brokerages don’t show on their websites.

We are intentionally small. Every transaction is led personally by one of the principals — never handed off, never delegated. That structural limit is also a strategic decision: it forces us to take only the work we can do well.

Kaden operates as an independent boutique within Keller Williams NYC — part of the largest real estate network in the world by agent count. The firm stays small in New York. The reach scales when a deal needs it. When a client’s work crosses into Milan, London, Miami, or beyond, we route the buyer or seller representation through KW’s network of 17,000+ international agents across 55+ countries.
