2012
Bledar Asllani founded Kaden in 2012, two years after arriving in New York from Florence. The firm exists to do one thing well — close commercial real estate deals that still hold up five years later.
Born in Albania and raised in Italy, with time spent in Australia before settling in New York, Bledar came to the city already fluent in three languages and in the rhythms of two European business cultures — Italian discretion and Albanian directness — both of which still shape how he runs deals.
The right deal is the one that still works five years later and beyond.
He started in real estate in January 2012 and rose quickly from agent to Office Manager to Managing Director, where he ran a team of more than 200 agents until 2018. That year he transitioned exclusively to commercial real estate — leasing, sales, and asset transactions for both tenants and landlords. The firm followed.
Today, Bledar leads Kaden’s hospitality and investment sales practices and remains personally involved in every transaction the firm takes on. His decade in hospitality before real estate continues to shape his approach: every client gets the same attention to detail he learned in the room.
He is licensed as an Associate Broker in the State of New York and is a member of REBNY. He works in English, Italian, Albanian, and Spanish.
Outside the work, he plays golf, travels often, and remains a vocal advocate for New York City — his favorite city in the world.
