Born in Albania and raised in Florence, Italy, Bledar Asllani has lived and worked across three continents, including Australia and the United States, calling New York City home since early 2010. With over 14 years of experience in real estate and more than a decade in the hospitality industry, Bledar brings a rare combination of market intelligence, leadership experience, and client-centered execution. He began his real estate career in January 2012 and quickly advanced from agent to Office Manager to Managing Director, where he led and scaled teams of more than 200 agents through 2018.
In 2018, Bledar transitioned exclusively into commercial real estate, focusing on leasing, sales, and business transactions for both tenants and landlords. Today, as Associate Broker of The Kaden Team at Keller Williams NYC, Bledar advises business owners, investors, and operators by combining boutique-level strategy and hands-on advisory with the scale, technology, and market reach of Keller Williams NYC.
Strongly influenced by his background in hospitality, Bledar operates with a high standard of care, precision, and accountability.
